Monday, October 22, 2012 Hear publishing representatives highlight their favorite new books at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Library Library, Room 417, at 901 G. St., NW, Washington, DC. Publishers include: Sterling, Tor, Hachette, Norton, Harper, National Geographic, Sourcebooks, Harlequin, Penguin, Perseus, Random House, Scholastic, and Workman. Children's and teen books will be presented from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Adult books will be the focus from 2:00 to 4:30 pm. Lunch and beverages will be provided. Children's and YA publishers will appear in the morning from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Publishers of adult books will present from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. The following groups will be represented: Sterling, Disney, Hachette, Norton, Harper, Sourcebooks, MacMillan, McGraw Hill, Penguin, Perseus, Random House, Workman. Book Buzz at the D.C. Public Library

Join librarians and book lovers from around the region on Monday, October 25, for the D.C. Public Library's first ever Book Buzz! Ten publishers will be traveling from New York to present their hot spring titles. The group includes Sterling, Disney, Hachette, Harlequin, HarperCollins, Macmillan, Norton, Penguin, Perseus, Random House, and Workman. The morning session, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. will focus on children's and teen titles. The afternoon session, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. will highlight adult books. Both groups will meet in Room 417 at the Martin Luther King, Jr.
